Erica Edwards-O'Neal is Founder and Principal of EEO Consults which assist organizations in developing more equitable, diverse and inclusive workplaces. For more than a decade, she has provided training and guidance on cultural competence, educational pipeline initiatives, professional development and a variety of diversity and inclusion related matters.
Erica has a long-standing commitment to diversity and public service, having had previous experiences serving as a Vice President for Diversity & Inclusion, a Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Director of a Legislative Advocacy Coalition and as a Community Development Liaison.
Erica received her Bachelor's in Government from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, VA and her Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center in Long Island, New York. Erica has been recognized by the TriState Diversity Council and the National Black Pre-law Conference for her work. She currently resides in New York with her husband and four daughters.
